HB Dehumidifiers for Control Equipment
For simple control of the dehumidifiers, the following controllers are available as standard. For more complicated ‘bespoke’ machinery, any level of control can be offered to meet client requirements or specific tolerances.
DA20
The DA20 is a hard-wearing and accurate moisture controller for measuring %RH, temperature and dew point and for controlling a dehumidifier (or a humidifier). It does this by measuring the ambient moisture level around the transmitter (%RH and/or calculated dew point) and comparing this with a user-defined setpoint. The DA20 is easy to program thanks to its user-friendly keypad.
DCC
The DCC is a multi-function, microprocessor based controller for our standard series dehumidifiers. It has three main elements: an Interface Unit, a Control Panel with display, and a Sensor. Up to three additional sensors can be connected to it, including wireless ones. These can be used as room sensors or can be mounted in ducting.
SA20
The SA20 is a new and modern intelligent temperature and moisture transmitter, based on the revolutionary new CMOSens technology. It combines amongst other elements sensors, AD converting and calibrating factors into one single process.
SA3
The SA3 Surface Adaptor kit is an optional add-on to the SA20 where the sensor is to be used as a surface sensor, for example on cold pipes in water works, pump stations, hydroelectric power stations, or sewage treatment works. In order to eliminate condensation on cold pipes you should use SA3 with DA20/DCC and a HB dehumidifier. This automatic dehumidification system will eliminate the cold pipe condensation with a minimum of energy consumption.
µLogger
The µLogger is a small, high-quality, versatile, battery-powered remote data logger. It monitors temperature, humidity and dew point by means of a high-quality precision temperature and humidity sensor that gives a digital output and has excellent long-term stability. The accompanying software is suitable for Windows95 or newer operating systems.
DH24
The DH24 is an electronic moisture controller consisting of an interface unit with a temperature and humidity sensor, together with a remote control panel with keypad and display. The control panel can be positioned up to 500 metres away from the interface unit.
