Flood Damage
HB Group dehumidifiers are ideal where floodwaters must be drained. In addition to their ability to operate efficiently at low ambient temperatures, a major advantage of the adsorption dehumidifier over the condensation dehumidifier is that dry air can be forced at high pressure to where it is most needed, whether under a floor, between two walls, or spread into several different rooms.
Condensation dehumidifiers are often used for flood damage because they are easier to install, but adsorption dehumidifiers have other advantages, including lower weight, lower space usage during transportation, and ability to operate at whatever the temperature and humidity conditions are on site.
Our dehumidifiers are also used to dry new buildings, bringing forward a contractor's completion time for construction.
Some of the smaller machines can also be operated on 240 or 110 volt supplies.
