Step 1
Once we have received your enquiry, we will undertake a site survey at a mutually convenient time. During this free site survey, we will establish the facts about your systems or production processes and where you are experiencing issues.

Step 2
Once we have a thorough understanding of your application, current process, recommended humidity levels and requirements, we can determine how best to improve or change the current process to benefit your business.

Step 3
A full and detailed proposal will be prepared for your consideration. Depending on the complexity of the process, we will either recommend a standard machine, a modified machine to meet specific requirements or design a complete process from scratch.
Full assistance will be provided to allow you to completely understand the solution we propose and the positive impact it can have on your business, production processes and profitability.

Step 4
Trial and Test - If appropriate, we have a small fleet of specialist equipment including dehumidifiers and water chillers, which can be called upon to offer a trial of the proposed solution. This will allow you to see at first hand the improvements we can provide, before going ahead with our proposals.

Step 5
Once you are happy with the proposals, we will organise for the equipment to be installed by our specialist engineering team. Our systems are fully designed using the latest Solidworks design platform which offers full 3D models, calculations from stress and loads and many other features. Designed in house and managed to completion by a dedicated installation manager your application will be delivered to the highest standards.

Step 6
The aftercare of the equipment is as important to us as the initial installation. With an engineering team thought out the UK we have the support function in place to offer a service & maintenance package to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
